Kent Kinetics opens its doors!

Kent Kinetics offers Pilates, circuit training and body and mind classes. Other services include; personal training and injury rehabilitation classes.

As a practice we strongly support a healthy lifestyle in order to prevent chronic diseases. Exercise and physical activity play an important role to improve your physical and mental health both on the short and long term. Because of this, we are collaborating with Karen Porter from Lifeworks with Karen. She offers Pilates, circuit training and body and mind classes. We also offer personal training and injury rehabilitation classes. Please contact the practice via email for inquiries.

If you fancy a workout with up to 4 other friends, you can rent the space at an hourly rate. Equipment includes: Concept2 Rower & SkiErg. Squat rack, pull-up station, barbells (7.5kg, 15kg & 20kg) with up to 150kg bumper plates. Dumbbells up to 27.5kg and kettlebells up to 24kg. Yoga mat, Pilates balls, elastic bands and box.
