Frequently Asked Questions

How Long Do Appointments Last?

New patient appointments take up to 60 minutes to complete, whilst we complete our initial assessment and returning visits typically last around 25 minutes.

What should I bring on my first visit?

Please bring any medical notes you have relating to previous treatment you have received for the complaint and any medication you are currently taking.

What should I wear?

Our chiropractor will likely perform manipulation techniques to your skeletal structure, so please wear loose fitting, light-weight clothing and if possible remove any jewellery.

Am I allowed to eat or drink before my visit?

We would suggest you don’t eat right before coming to the appointment, as you will be asked to lay down on our treatment table. Drinking water is fine but please do not drink alcohol before attending your visit.

Are you open during the Covid 19 pandemic?

Biddenden Chiropractic is still open and taking bookings throughout the pandemic and we will follow strict government guidelines to protect both our staff and the local community. As such all clients will be required to;

● Sanitise your hands as you enter the building,
● Wear a face mask throughout your visit to our clinic,
● Screen Green to the questionnaire that you’ll be asked on arrival.
