Guided walks to the Tractorfest

Tractor Fest in Biddenden, supported by Biddenden Chiropractic.

If there is one thing we recommend in the practice, it would be MOVEMENT. Why? Because movement is the best way to keep you physically and mentally healthy. For a second year running we are organizing guided walks from Biddenden village center to the Tractorfest site on Sissinghurst Road. We leave both on Saturday and Sunday prompt at 10am from The Bakehouse Café. It is a nice rural route through the lovely fields, avoiding the dangerous stretch of road between Bloomsburys and the actual site.

Not only can you enjoy the lovely countryside, you avoid being stuck in a potential traffic jam and you get some extra steps in on the day. A win-win for everyone. Bring your kids and dogs, but a kind warning, the route isn't very buggy friendly. It is possible, but not ideal. Depending the weather waterproof footwear might be appropriate, but at the moment, the fields are still very dry.

We hope you join our families in walking to the Tractorfest this year where we will be having a stall! Please come by and pick up your supplements at 10% discount during the weekend.
